Refund Policy

At IVR Solutions, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the scenarios under which you may request a refund and the terms associated with such requests.

1. Refund Eligibility

In case IVR Solutions is unable to deliver the services or products as promised, a 100% refund will be initiated, subject to deduction of actual bank charges and remittance fees.

2. Refund Time

The maximum time to request a refund is within 15 days from the date of service or order. Once approved, the refund amount may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account.

3. Refund Amount

a. If the cancellation request is made immediately after placing the order or after completion of Stage 1, 25% of the total cost will be refunded to the user, while 75% will be retained as advisory service charges.

b. If cancellation occurs after services have progressed to Stage 2, only 25% of IVR Solutions' service fee will be refunded.

4. Other Corporate Services

For corporate service cancellations after payment, IVR Solutions will assess the service stage and deduct applicable administrative costs. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.

5. Corporate Stationery Orders

For corporate stationery orders, refunds will be based on the preparation stage. If the stationery has already been dispatched, no refund will be applicable.

6. Other Conditions

a. Refunds will be processed using the same mode of payment used during the purchase.

b. Amount received through one payment mode will not be refunded in a different mode. For example, credit card payments will be refunded only to the same credit card.

c. IVR Solutions reserves the right to reject any order without assigning any reason. In such cases, the amount received will be refunded after deduction of 10% as administrative charges.

7. Changes to Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be published on this page. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated policy.
